What We Do

The Smith PTO sponsors these annual opportunities to help our children learn, grow,
and find their place in our community.  The Smith PTO Bylaws and Mission Statement can be found below.

These events and opportunities cannot exist without the support and participation of our volunteers.
We invite you to find your place in the PTO volunteer family. You can print and fill out the following form and return it to the Smith Office.   Volunteer Form

ANNUAL EVENTS

Fall Carnival
Smith families and the Delaware Community are invited to our annual Fall Carnival to bounce, play games and win prizes! Join us for community fun as we revive this tradition with our brand new building addition!

COSI on Wheels:
COSI On Wheels introduces dynamic science topics to our school with a high-energy, 45-minute assembly followed by a day of hands-on activities that enhance science inquiry skills and encourage continued learning.

Secret Santa Shopping Day:
Smith students are invited to purchase holiday gifts for their family and friends at the Smith School. Safe, easy, festive, fun… and your child can surprise YOU for once! Want to volunteer to help decorate, wrap presents, or assist student shoppers? Contact organizer Erica Garner (garner.erica at gmail.com).

Breakfast with a Buddy:
Smith students may invite family members to join them for a light breakfast of muffins and juice/coffee on this special day of connection.

Supergames:
The Smith PTO retains Supergames Ohio to bring a day of field day fun to our students to celebrate the end of the school year!
